A key feature of the HVR-M35E is its compatibility with HDV native progressive recording on the new HVR-Z7E and HVR-S270E camcorders. It also supports playback of 720P HDV material and provides an HD/SD-SDI output with embedded audio and TC data. A high resolution LCD screen in the front panel provides for easy monitoring whatever your production set-up.

Le deck HVR-M35E est compatible avec les modes d'enregistrement natifs progressifs HDV et prend en charge les sorties HD/SD-SDI avec audio et timecode intégrés. La sortie HD/SD-SDI du deck permet de le connecter à d'autres systèmes compatibles au format HD/SD-SDI. . Il est équipéd'une fonction de commutation 50i/60i et prend en charge le HDV1080i (50i/60i/24p/30p/25p) et le DVCAM/DV (50i/60i).

Ce deck accepte les cassettes standards et les mini-cassettes y compris celles enregistrées sur le HVR-S270E ou d'autres caméscopes d'épaule DVCAM. Il permet la lecture de données audio sur quatre canaux au format HDV1080i enregistrés par le HVR-S270E mais aussi au format DVCAM. Il inclut également un écran Clear Photo LCD Plus™ de 2,7 pouces, un haut parleur monaural, un réglage Edge Crop et une fonction Duplicate Plus pour copier des données audio et vidéo à partir d'un autre VTR.
